Yesterday we participated in the conference on the challenges and opportunities in the field of the bioeconomy in Andalusia and Spain.
Experts, researchers and industry leaders met at the Science and Technology Park of Almeria (PITA).
The results of the Bioeconomy Task Force - Hort Obser Tic for the agri-food industry were also presented. A public-private collaboration project that has brought together the efforts and experience of various organisations: Caparrós Nature, S.L., Fundación GRUPO CAJAMAR, Centro Tecnológico Tecnova, the University of Almería and PITA.
The day also included panel discussions on new value chains in bioeconomy related to the agri-food sector, moderated by Alicia Maria Gonzalez Céspedes from the Cajamar Experimental Station, and on technologies and tools for the technological development of companies in the bioeconomy, moderated by Alicia Cañadas Sánchez, The PITA Director of Innovation.
